Ahead of the celebration of 120 years of Common Entrance (CE) exams in Autumn 2023, the examination board of the independent sector, ISEB, is embarking on a number of exciting partnerships, championing pupil engagement and wellbeing, school-wide achievements and producing a range of resources and material across industries and sectors.
In line with this initiative, we are delighted to share details of an exciting opportunity with one of our partners, School House Magazine Awards 2023.
Following on from the successful launch of the Green Awards in 2022, School House Magazine has curated six award categories with a view to championing elements of independent schools less tangible than academic results and rankings but no less important. The categories range from pupil wellbeing and support to community-wide engagement and charitable work, championing schools that have gone above and beyond.
The categories include Pastoral Care Champion, Mind Champion, Sustainability Champion, Charitable Work Champion, Local Partnerships & Community Champion and Animal Support Champion. Schools have until Thursday 22 June, to submit their nominations with winners receiving a School House Champion plaque, interview with Lisa Chuma on the Prepare Children for Success podcast and invitation to attend upcoming gala events in celebration of 120 years of Common Entrance (CE) exams in Autumn 2023. Two submissions will also receive honourable mentions from the judges.
We look forward to receiving your entries and celebrating schools across the country.
