As a company that embraces hybrid and flexible working, ISEB staff are based across the UK. All staff development days are organised throughout the year with the aim of bringing departments together to spark new ideas and embrace collaboration.
The whole ISEB team recently gathered in Winchester at the end of July to reflect on the achievements of the previous year and look ahead to the 2023-24 academic year.
The day began with an introduction and overview from Heads of departments covering Senior Management, Marketing, Communications & Sales and Qualifications & Delivery. Throughout the day, staff took part in brainstorming and collaboration activities, presenting their ideas and suggestions for the year ahead.
Chair of the Board, Wendy Griffiths and Chief Executive Julia Martin closed the day with a reflection on the achievements so far in 2023 and upcoming opportunities into the new academic year, with staff recognised with an ‘ISEB Star Award’ and champagne toast.
