ISEB are proud to be Team of the Year finalists in the Great British Businesswoman awards. Over the last twelve months, the ISEB team has grown significantly. It now includes talent with a broad range of backgrounds and experience who work together to accept, transform and inspire each other and the schools and families we work with around the world.
The Great British Businesswoman Awards celebrates and inspires women in business across the United Kingdom. As part of this, it provides a platform to recognise, celebrate and support women in business, champion their peers and advocates, and help foster the next generation of female business leaders.
The Team of the Year category recognises a diverse and supportive group of people working together with a shared belief and value system that delivers business objectives.
The ISEB team lives and works across Great Britain, collaborating on our leading entrance assessments for independent schools, the Common Entrance (CE) and Common Pre-Tests (CPT), and our new ISEB Project Qualification (iPQ). Julia Martin, CEO, galvanises us to create assessments that consider the whole child. She says,
‘Great things happen if you believe in people, support them, and give them the tools to make work a rewarding part of their life and not just an obligation.’
