School House Magazine has announced the winners of the 2023 Awards from the shortlist of exceptional schools across the UK announced earlier in the Autumn term. The winners from each category demonstrated to the judging panel, which included ISEB Chief Executive Julia Martin and School House Editor Victoria Lambert, a dedication to providing an enriched curriculum and educational experience for pupils, families and staff.
Introduced in 2022 with one inaugural category, Sustainability Champion, awarded to Cottesmore School, the awards have expanded this year to include seven categories and welcomed the Independent Schools Examinations Board (ISEB) as sponsor.
Julia Martin, Chief Executive of ISEB, commented, “ISEB is delighted to have been involved in the 2023 School House Magazine Awards, which celebrated the contribution of independent schools across the country in enriching the lives of not only their students but staff, the wider community and natural environment. Recognising outstanding work is a core principle of ISEB, and we wish many congratulations to all the winners and those highly commended in their category.”
